At least 1 full rack of Pork Side (st. Louis) Ribs or Back Ribs (your choice)
1 Bottle Bigfoot Bold BBQ Sauce
1 pouch Missing Link Spice Rub
Clean/ trim the ribs to your preference.
Preheat oven to 300F.
Rub the ribs until the full exterior of the rack is fully rubbed in Missing link Spice blend and place into roasting pan or casserole dish. Add a splash (4oz. water to the bottom of the pan and cover with foil.
Bake the ribs for 30 -40 minutes covered (low and slow) remove from oven and let rest uncovered.
Preheat BBQ to clean rack with medium heat. Grill the Rib Racks and baste with Bigfoot Bold evenly on both sides. Grill long enough on low/ medium heat to get desired char, and even texture for about 20 minutes. Baste 2 at least two to three times with Bigfoot Bold BBQ sauce over the 20 minutes. Remove from grill and serve as full rack , single ribs, or anything in between.
