Holiday Bigfoot Bold Roast Beef Sliders

Makes 12 sliders 


  • Leftover roast beef (thinly shaved) (12oz total) 
  • Butter buns (12) 
  • 1 large white onion 
  • 250ml Bigfoot Bold BBQ Sauce  
  • 1 cup heavy cream 
  • 1 cup blue cheese 
  • 1 tsp. butter 


  1. Julienne the white onion and simmer on medium heat with butter until well caramelized – about 20 minutes. 
  2. Deglaze the onions with 250ml of Bigfoot Bold BBQ Sauce and add 1 cup water. Bring to a simmer and turn to low heat. 
  3. In small saucepan, combine blue cheese and heavy cream and bring to a low simmer on low-to-medium heat until melted and blended. 
  4. Add shaved roast beef to the BBQ onion mixture to warm. 


Build each slider with 2 ounces of shaved/warmed roast beef on the base of each butter bun. Pour 1 tsp. of cheese sauce over top and a spoonful of the onion/BBQ sauce and build the sliders.  
Plate and serve!
