Sweet Sticky Icky Smash Burgers

1 lb. 80/20 Ground Chuck
Pinch Sea Salt
Pinch Cracked Pepper
4 Hawaiian Rolls
4 slices American Cheese
1 Bottle Sweet Sticky Icky
4 slices Thick Cut Bacon
4 of your Favorite Pickles

Loosely form the ground Chuck with Salt and Pepper into 4 even sized balls to become your smash Patties. In Large Skillet, sauté the bacon on medium heat and remove from pan. Using the Bacon Fat in the hot Pan, Press down the Patties using a Spatula and enough force to evenly flatten out the meat onto the hot skillet. Let sear until desired crust before flipping to other side and cook through. Brush the patties with Sweet Sticky Icky BBQ Sauce on both sides, add Bacon, Cheese and melt in preheated 300f oven until cheese is melted. Toast the buns in the warm skillet. Dress your burgers how you like and enjoy.
