1 lb lean ground chuck
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of cracked pepper
4 slices thick-cut bacon
1 bottle Sweet Sticky Icky BBQ Sauce
4 slices American cheese
4 Hawaiian Rolls
1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Add the balls of meat to the hot pan full of bacon fat. Using a spatula, press down on each to flatten them into patties. Sear until your desired crust forms, then flip over and cook through.
3. Combine ground chuck with salt and pepper and form into 4 evenly sized balls.
4. In a large skillet, sauté bacon on medium heat then remove from pan.
5. Brush both sides of the patties with Sweet Sticky Icky BBQ Sauce. Add bacon and cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, toast buns in a warm skillet. Dress your burgers how you like and enjoy!
