Bone on Skin on Chicken thighs
1 Bottle Total Jerk Sauce
pinch Sea Salt
pinch Cracked Pepper
Marinate the Chicken in half bottle of Total Jerk Sauce for at least 1 hour covered in the fridge. Give the Chicken a good stir half way through.
Get your Grill hot and clean. Turn the grill down to medium heat. Grill the chicken on Medium Heat, lid open (close at times but keep an eye on it) until even char (not burnt) and move around and flip often to get even texture and cook evenly.
Once the Chicken is cooked through, toss in a clean bowl with remaining Total Jerk Sauce and put back on the grill on low heat for 5 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes. Enjoy with whatever you feel like.
