Bone-in chicken thighs with skin
1 bottle Total Jerk Sauce
Pinch sea salt
1. Marinate the chicken in half a bottle of Total Jerk Sauce for at least 1 hour covered in the fridge. Give chicken a good stir halfway through.
2. Preheat BBQ to high to clean it, then turn it down to medium heat. Grill chicken with the lid open until an even char is obtained, moving around and flipping often to cook evenly.
3. Once chicken is cooked, toss with remaining sauce and return to grill. Cook on low heat for five minutes.
Let rest for a few minutes and enjoy with whatever you feel like!
